We have used the services of Sutton Construction multiple times over the past 12 years. They have done four major home improvement projects: addition to a bedroom, the addition of two bathrooms, complete renovation of the kitchen and installation of a new composite roof. They have also done several minor projects including putting in six skylights, updating electrical outlets, building an outdoor stairway with railings, and improving an outdoor storage shed.
We have consistently found their work to be of the highest quality with the best available materials. Their final cost has never been above the initial estimate–unless we made changes or additions, and projects have been finished on or before the estimated time. Any other repairs or problems we have had have been promptly resolved using their services.
We have also used Sutton subcontractors for other home improvement projects–painting, plumbing, kitchen appliances, fencing, windows and air conditioning–with wonderful success..
